Shipping and Returns

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONLY ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

 OUT OF SELLERS CONTROL IF ITEMS ARE SHOWING DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AND WAS NOT RECIEVED. You should go to your local post office and ask for the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. (USPS should have this information.)

Returns

T Rob offers returns on damage/defective merchandise FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result T Rob's error.  Accessories are Final Sale. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at info@shoptrob.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for store credit only.  If defective/damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shoptrob.com and send your item to: PO Box 412 Gibsonton Florida US 33534.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 412 Gibsonton Florida US 33534

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

 If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
